A new amendment to Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 was published on 21.5.2021 to the Official Journal of the European Union; Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/806, including carbon dioxide generated from propane, butane or a mixture of both by combustion as an active substance in Annex I thereto.
The date of approval of this active substance is the 1st of July 2022.
