A new Circular published by the Greek Ministry of Rural Development and Food on the 30th of May 2022, giving clarifications regarding the granting of access to the list of reports of trials and studies for a Plant Protection Product (PPP).  

The new Circular is intended to enhance the “Process of application for the granting of approval of a Plant Protection Product (PPP) according to Article 34 of Regulation (EC) 1107/2009”, and was long-anticipated in the Regulatory field.  

The new Circular starts being in effect from the date of its publication, the 30th of May 2022.
